He is passionate about inspiring the church to mission and growth; and is able to identify and encourage spiritual gifting in people, empowering them for service, leading and encouraging them in their journey of faith.

He is not only interested in the development of gifts within the church, he is also interested in an outward focus to reach out to others in our community and beyond.

He has a particular desire for supporting ministry to families and the younger generation. He holds a Diploma in Theology from Spurgeons College, London.
